How do I delete a file in IncomeXpert?

In short, you can’t. IncomeXpert does not allow deletion of a file for tracking purposes, compliance, and billing reasons.   If you no longer need a file we suggest changing the loan ID or annotate the loan ID as old to more quickly identify these loans during a search.

Why is the 2nd year of IncomeXpert grey?
