If you notice some income sources are missing from your IncomeXpert PLUS loan that you expected to be there, it could be due to one of the following reasons.
- Ensure the missing income is a supported income types. IncomeXpert supports all agency income types. However IncomeXpert PLUS only supports a subset of those incomes. You can refer to our Supported Income Types article for more details.
- The borrower social security numbers may not match the tax returns.
- The borrower social security numbers might be redacted and unable to be read.
- The borrower who owns the income may not be on the loan file.
- The uploaded document was not able to be scanned because it doesn’t meet our document requirements
- The uploaded document was handwritten
If you find the issue to be related to the social security numbers or the borrower not on the loan file, you can simply update the SSN for the borrower and trigger a re-processing. You do not need to re-upload documents. Uploading the documents again will incur additional page fees.
If you find the issue to be due to the document itself not being supported or being of sufficient quality; if this occurs, you will need to enter these income types manually utilizing IncomeXpert. Our scanning software will not create incomes in your loan file for non-supported income types.
