When you select different lending agencies IncomeXpert will review the guidelines and adjust what fields are allowed. Sometimes an agency may not permit a certain aspect of income to be used, such as Capital Gain Income as shown below.
When this occurs IncomeXpert will grey out the cell and set the value to zero. By adjusting the agency the box can be re-enabled again.
