How to get a usage report

If you are curious about your IncomeXpert and IncomeXpert PLUS usage history, a report outlining all of the files creates can be pulled from the ACCOUNT page in Blueprint.  Click the Usage Report button.

NOTE: In order to see the ACCOUNT option in the menu, the user must have one of the following permissions assigned to their role.

  • Add users
  • Adjust roles for other users
  • Delete users
  • Reset passwords

Next, select the month and year you would like the report. Then click Get Report.

Your report will display outlining your IncomeXpert PLUS and IncomeXpert file details for the month selected.
