I’m locked out of my IncomeXpert account

We take the security of your data seriously.  If someone attempts to log in incorrectly too many times we will lock them out for a period of time.  This keeps hackers from constantly trying password combinations to gain access to your account.  

If you accidentally get locked out, just wait more than 5 minutes and try again.  Be sure to wait the full 5 minutes, or further failed login attempts will reset the 5-minute timer.

After 5 minutes you will be able to login again.
