Annual plans offer lower per-loan and per-page costs, where our clients pay an annual access fee and receive monthly invoices for loan volume. The Blueprint pricing model your company chooses will depend on your anticipated loan volume.

Upload your borrower’s tax returns and IncomeXpert PLUS will scan and extract the income data. IncomeXpert PLUS will automatically create income sources with the data from the supplied tax returns.
Once IncomeXpert PLUS has populated the loan data from the supplied tax returns, the lender can review the loan file, address attestations, and finalize the income.
