All plans offer IncomeXpert and IncomeXpert PLUS allowing you to manually calculate income, or upload tax documents to have them scanned and analyzed.
Annual plans add the following:

- Full Reps and Warrants
- Phone + email support
The annual plan gives you lower per-loan and per-page costs.
Clients will pay the account access fee once annually and receive monthly invoices for their usage.
Monthly plans are flexible options for small teams and solo users. Clients are invoiced monthly for their usage and account access fee. Users can cancel at any time.
