PR – Fannie Mae Income Calculator Release

Detroit, July 22, 2024 – Blueprint Solutions, the creators of the innovative mortgage income analysis software IncomeXpert and IncomeXpert PLUS, is thrilled to announce a new integration with Fannie Mae’s Income Calculator. This integration allows lenders to directly access Fannie Mae’s Income Calculator from within the Blueprint platform.
Clients using IncomeXpert or IncomeXpert PLUS will now have additional options when determining qualifying income for their borrowers. Beyond the comprehensive analysis provided by IncomeXpert, users can now access results from Fannie Mae’s Income Calculator for selected income types. Additionally, clients will be eligible for representation and warranty relief from Fannie Mae when using Income Calculator.

Clients eager to leverage this new integration can upload tax returns to IncomeXpert PLUS. The platform automatically scans and extracts relevant data, feeding it into both IncomeXpert and Fannie Mae’s Income Calculator. IncomeXpertPLUS provides users with immediate feedback on warnings, errors, and underwriting advisories, ensuring the accuracy and sufficiency of the information submitted to both systems.
