I know my password, but want to change it.
To change your password to a new one. Login to IncomeXpert and click on your user name in the upper right hand corner. You will be taken to a screen where you can update your password or update your email.
I don’t know my password and need to reset it.
To start a password reset, go to the login page for IncomeXpert.

On the right side of the screen you can enter your email to start the password reset process.
